An investigational oral small-molecule cancer therapeutic in Phase 1, enrolling adult patients with advanced, unresectable and/or metastatic solid tumors including breast, ovarian, pancreatic and endometrial cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma, for whom standard therapies are ineffective or unavailable.
