ViaVia Corp is a West Hollywood, California fashion commerce company founded in 2021 by Sixuan Li and Andrea Pasinetti. It began as VIAVIA, a video-first e-commerce destination that pairs creator-led livestreams and short-form video with a curated assortment of global designer brands aimed at Gen Z shoppers, positioned between Revolve and Ssense. The company has since built two further layers on the same inventory pool: BNTO, a monthly clothing rental subscription with an AI styling agent, and Alma, an AI supply chain and omni-channel fulfillment platform for fashion brands starting with Made-in-Italy manufacturing. It raised an $8 million seed round co-led by New Enterprise Associates and Basis Set Ventures with Exor Seeds, Backend Ventures and AI Fund participating, followed by a Series A.
What sets it apart
Runs retail, rental and resale off a single shared inventory pool coordinated by its own AI supply chain layer, so a garment can be sold, rented, or discounted for purchase without separate stock — a structure conventional rental services, which buy dedicated rental inventory, do not have.
