The platform automates administrative work such as patient scheduling and outreach, staffing and workforce coordination, and back-office logistics, using reinforcement learning and classical optimization delivered into existing clinical workflows. The company says it powers more than 350 outpatient sites and 70 hospitals, with customers including Tennessee Oncology, Spero Health, and Peregrine Health. It was founded in Nashville in 2023 by a team drawn largely from HCA Healthcare.
