SuiteOp is a hospitality operations platform for short-term rental operators, property managers and small-to-mid-sized hotels. It consolidates guest check-in, identity verification, smart-lock and IoT device control, noise and damage monitoring, and housekeeping/turnover coordination into one system, replacing the several disconnected tools operators typically run. The company was founded in 2023 by hospitality operators Jean-Emmanuel Losi (CEO) and Simon Seroussi (COO), who previously ran the property management company Sosuite. It supports more than 20,000 units and has raised over $3M in seed funding.
