Next Robot builds AI-powered cooking robots for commercial kitchens. Founded in 2023 and based in eastern Los Angeles County, California, it sells robots that automate scratch cooking end to end — heating, stirring, dispensing seasonings and sauces, temperature control and self-cleaning — with chefs programming recipes rather than working the pan. Its flagship stir-fry unit, Robby, is deployed in more than 100 locations including restaurants, schools, grocery stores, catering operations and senior living campuses. A second unit, Al Dente, launched in 2025 for pasta and risotto after the company's National Restaurant Association Show debut.
