Finster AI builds an enterprise AI platform for financial services professionals, providing research, analysis and workflow automation for investment banking, asset management and private credit teams. It runs a proprietary data pipeline covering more than one million documents across over 8,000 companies globally and orchestrates multiple underlying AI models rather than committing to a single vendor. The company was founded in 2023 by Sid Jayakumar and works with tier-one global investment banks and asset managers. In October 2025 it announced a combined $15 million Seed and Series A round led by FinTech Collective and Peak XV, with Hoxton Ventures participating, to fund a New York expansion.
